- Click on "Next Step" in the shopping cart to confirm your order details, including where you heard about us and your newsletter preferences.

- Provide your billing and delivery address and select your preferred method of delivery.

- On the "Payment Method" tab in the shopping cart, enter your card details.

- Click "Place Order" in the "Confirm Order" tab. At this point, your order will become a binding contract.

- We will send you an email with an invoice for the purchase, and a subsequent email confirming the dispatch of your purchase along with the corresponding tracking number.


2.2 You have the opportunity to identify and correct any input errors before placing your order by using the "Previous Step" link in the shopping cart.

3.1 Old Fashion Closet may periodically change the products available on our Website, and we do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular product or type of product.


3.2 If you wish to be notified when a product is back in stock, you can add your email address to the waiting list. We will contact you as soon as the stock becomes available for dispatch.

Within Europe: We provide free shipping for all orders within Europe.

International: For international orders, a flat shipping fee of €14.50 will be applied.

Within Europe: Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

International: International shipments typically take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery.

Return Window:

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. This means you have 30 days to request a return starting from the day you received your purchase.


Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items. These purchases are considered final and non-refundable.



If you wish to exchange an item, return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.



Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days. to inquire about the status of your refund.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
